Looking to camp on one of the Boston islands, launching from City Point. I don't know if street parking is allowed overnight and not sure if my car would be safe. There is parking area near shipyards, but that seems sketchy as well. Google shows a parking garage at 631E 1st st (underground?), which is about 15 min walk from city point launch. Any other ideas?
I found a great launch on UMass campus. A small beach near Calf Pasture (42 19.072 N 71 2.235 W). There is overnight parking in West garage, about a 5 min walk away. Unfortunately, UMass campus is closed since March and there is no parking available except for essential workers.
