If you haven't noticed, parking near most beaches in Massachusetts (NH) is restricted to residents only. This is an attempt to limit the number of people on the beach. I spent nearly 40 minutes looking for public parking in Beverly a few weeks ago. Generally, parking near a launch without a beach is fine, so look for these.
For Boston Harbor, parking at City Point (near castle island) has some restrictions, but is generally available. Construction at Houghes Neck in Quincy has disrupted that space, but launching is allowed on weekends using the ramp only.
