Share your passion for paddle sports. From trip leaders & instructors to organizers to social media stars. It takes a lot of volunteer work to keep us going.

Trip Leaders

Trip Leaders are the heart of our community.

It’s simple. Without trip leaders there would be no trips.

We are always on the lookout for skilled volunteers to lead our trips and share their knowledge with our members.

  • Do you enjoy sharing your love of paddle sports with others?
  • Are you familiar with local rivers, lakes or ocean venues?
  • Do you enjoy guiding, teaching or training others?
  • Are you confident and organized as a group leader?
  • Do you have the skills to lead a group safely on the water?
If you can answer yes to all or some of these questions, we would love to talk to you about becoming a trip leader.
 
We run trips for all ability levels in a variety of paddling disciplines – white water, flat water, sea kayaking, and SUP – and our trip leaders have a range of backgrounds and experience.
 
We also need volunteer instructors for our classes and clinics. If you love to teach we would love to talk to you!

It takes a lot to run a great organization

It takes more than great leaders to make a great organization.

Here are just a few of the people we need to keep us running:

  • Social media rockstars to help build a following.
  • Writers to update our blog and help with our newsletter.
  • Techies and nerds to help run our website.
  • Marketing types to help with community outreach.
  • Photographers and videographers to help us tell our story.
  • Folks who can help with all the day-to-day tasks that keep our committee running.

If you love to paddle and love what we do then consider helping us out by volunteering for a role on the Paddlers Committee.
