[Closed] Email Delivery to Microsoft Accounts

We have been experiencing an issue with our email service provider that has resulted in email blocks on messages sent from our website to Microsoft accounts.

At this time (13-Oct-2020) the issues have been resolved and email is flowing again to Microsoft accounts.

If your email address ends in,,, or you may have been affected by the block.

  • If you registered on the site in the past month (Sep/Oct 2020) and have not received an authentication email please contact us to arrange to have your account activated.
  • If you have attempted to reset your password and have not received the password reset email please try again now that the email issue has been resolved.

If you are still having trouble with your account please reach out and we'll try to get it sorted.
